 Adding a "Thank You" Page

By including a "Thank You" page, visitors will be taken to this page when they click the submit button on the form, instead of viewing the generic submission message.  You can also use this feature to take your visitors another webpage if you like.  For instructions on how to install a "Thank You" page, please perform the following steps:
