[Web Easy] How to create thumbnail images

How to create thumbnail images

A common element in web design is creating thumbnails, where you click on a small image, and it takes you to the larger version of the same image.  There are 2 ways of doing this in Web Easy.  You can watch the video below or get outlined steps at the bottom of the page.

Outlined Steps:

Method 1: Manually linking your images (slow way)

Note: This is useful if you need to link existing images.

1. Open Web Easy and load your document
2. Right-click on an image, select Link
3. From the "Link Type" drop-down menu, select File
4. Press Web Document to the right
5. In the browse window, navigate to the folder that contains the large version of the image
6. Select the image, press Open
7. Checkmark "Open in new window" if desired
8. Press OK
9. Repeat above steps for additional images

Method 2: Using the shortcut (fast way)

Note: This is useful if you need to add images to your page.

1. Open Web Easy and load your document
2. Go to View -> File Browser (CTRL+B)

Note: You can also use Windows Explorer instead of Web Easy's File Browser.

3. Navigate to the folder that contains your images.
4. Select an image
5. Hold down the <CTRL> key on your keyboard
6. Use your left mouse button and drag the image into your document
7. Let go of your left mouse button
